We are looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Sales & Logistics Administrator to join a team in Wetherby. This is a varied role combining logistics coordination, administration and international customer care. You will play an important part in ensuring deliveries and stock movements are coordinated efficiently, while also providing a high level of service to our international customers throughout the after-sales process.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-focused and confident communicating with customers, suppliers, drivers and internal teams. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, keeping accurate records and taking ownership of issues through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Process and maintain logistics documentation, delivery notes and transport records.
- Coordinate and schedule deliveries, collections and shipments.
- Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, suppliers and customers to ensure logistics activities run smoothly.
- Monitor shipment progress and communicate any delays or issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets and internal systems.
- Handle incoming calls and emails relating to deliveries, logistics and customer enquiries.
- Ensure relevant records and documentation are kept up to date and accurate.
- Manage post-delivery customer care for our international clients.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and after-sales requests.
- Resolve product, delivery and service-related issues efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate returns, replacements and other after-sales requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the after-sales process.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries and case resolutions.
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, logistics or sales support role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
