Invigorate Recruitment is working with its client to recruit an experienced Agricultural Solicitor with a strong background in handling complex agricultural legal matters. In this role, you will manage a varied caseload, deliver expert legal advice, and provide tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of their clients.
Your ability to navigate intricate legal frameworks, coupled with strategic problem-solving skills, will be key to helping our clients achieve their objectives.
- At least 3+ years PQE with solid experience in agricultural law
- Advising on Farm Business Tenancies, Agricultural Holdings Act Tenancies, and Grazing Licenses
- Handling the sale and purchase of agricultural property and businesses
- Acting for lenders on security and funding matters
- Drafting and advising on development agreements such as options, easements, and overage/clawback agreements
- Providing excellent client service and understanding the needs of rural and farming clients
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to generate repeat work
- Managing files efficiently using case management and time recording systems
- Complying with professional practice rules and regulatory standards
- Supporting marketing and business development activities
- Taking part in ongoing training and professional development
