You will play an important role in ensuring the efficient running of the department by providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative assistance, helping to deliver a seamless and supportive service to our clients.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and able to handle a busy and varied workload with accuracy and discretion. The ideal candidate will combine excellent organisational skills with a warm, professional approach and genuine empathy for clients navigating sensitive circumstances.
You will be involved in:
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Providing full secretarial assistance
- Diary management
- Preparing financial records and assisting with distribution of funds

Requirements/Desirables for the Probate Secretary:
