We are currently working with our client in central York to recruit a Wills & Probate Solicitor. This exciting position provides the opportunity for an experienced Wills and Probate Solicitor with motivation and drive to advise clients across a broad range of wills, probate and estate planning matters.
- Experience handling Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships
- A Law degree (preferred) or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a Wills and Probate Solicitor role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & Partners for Windows
