This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and well-organised Legal Secretary to join our Private Client team, supporting solicitors who specialise in Probate and Estate Administration. You will play an important role in ensuring the efficient running of the department by providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative assistance, helping to deliver a seamless and supportive service to our clients.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and able to handle a busy and varied workload with accuracy and discretion. The ideal candidate will combine excellent organisational skills with a warm, professional approach and genuine empathy for clients navigating sensitive circumstances.
You will be involved in:
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Providing full secretarial assistance
- Diary management
- Preparing financial records and assisting with distribution of funds
- Liaising with clients in a professional manner
- Handling telephone enquiries
- Maintaining document and file systems
- Contributing to the smooth running of the department
Requirements/Desirables for the Probate Secretary:
