Customer Service Administrator Gloucestershire GL12 £28k pa 1 day WFH We are looking to recruit an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join a growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that business processes run smoothly behind the scenes.

Working closely with the businesses Sales and Account Management teams, you'll play a key role in supporting clients throughout their training journey, managing enquiries, coordinating course bookings, and helping to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
