Invigorate Recruitment is working with its client near York to recruit an additional team member into the finance team.
We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller, who is studying or looking to study their AAT.
Purpose:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Credit Controller is responsible for managing the debts of the business, along with providing administrative support to the Finance, Sales and Client Services departments within the company.
Main Responsibilities Credit Controller
Managing and collecting debts from the companys debtors
Ensuring the timely collection of debt with agreed terms
Following up on payments as needed
Responding the clients enquiries
Agreeing potential repayment plans with the Account Management Team
Checking and posting of receipts
Provide cover within the Finance Team
Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met
Assist the Finance Manager with the processing of core accounts functions.
Other accountancy/administrative duties as and when required.
