We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a single-site facility in Oxford. This is a hands-on role managing a small team of engineers and ensuring all engineering and maintenance tasks are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a small engineering team, providing leadership, guidance, and support
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services
- Carry out engineering tasks as required, maintaining a hands-on approach
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works, including PPMs
- Liaise with stakeholders and contractors as required
Requirements:
- Technically qualified (electrical, mechanical, or M&E preferred)
- Proven experience managing a small team within a technical/engineering environment
- Strong knowledge of building services, maintenance, and compliance standards
