We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a single-site facility in Oxford. This is a hands-on role managing a small team of engineers and ensuring all engineering and maintenance tasks are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small engineering team, providing leadership, guidance, and support
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of services
