The predicted salary is between 19 - 20 £ per hour.

A World Leading Service provider who operates on an international scale is looking for a Technical Contract Support based in Manchester area working for the large corporate building. This role is with the hours of Mon-Fri 8am-5pm so the successful candidate will have to be available immediately and must have experience in working within the FM side dealing with invoices and raising POs, plus come from a M&E background.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing compliance, ensuring up-to-date and any remedial works are undertaken.
  • Monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting, including run and review WIP reports.
  • Ensure Engineers PPM’s and paperwork is up to date.
  • Inbound/outbound telephone duties.
  • Assist the Contract Manager with CAFM system as key user, including PPM records, reactive works, and reporting.
  • Raise purchase requisitions/orders in line with agreed parameters/assist with invoicing.
  • Arrange call outs, maintenance visits, delivery of materials and extra works within contracted SLA’s.
  • Other Ad-hoc administration duties as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Understanding of the FM / M&E background
  • Experience in a similar Contract Support role with a busy Facilities Management environment.
