We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Contract Manager to join a growing and well-established FM/Engineering business overseeing multiple commercial sites across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically qualified professional with a strong background in both installation and maintenance works who is looking to progress within a dynamic and supportive environment.
The role will involve managing multiple projects and maintenance contracts while working closely with clients, engineers, and senior management to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Hybrid Working:
- Office based in Woking twice per week
- Remaining time split between site visits and home working
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee mechanical installation and maintenance projects across multiple sites
- Manage engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Maintain strong client relationships and attend regular meetings
- Support with quotations, project planning, and commercial management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety regulations
Requirements:
- Mechanically qualified (City & Guilds / NVQ / equivalent)
- Strong mechanical background within FM, building services, or engineering
