An excellent opportunity has arisen for a couple of Shift Engineers (Electrical or Mechanical) to join the engineering team at a large multi-tenanted corporate office building in the City of London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high-end commercial environment as part of an established on-site engineering team, supporting a modern, technically demanding building.
The Role:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical or mechanical building services systems.
- Supporting critical plant and general M&E systems throughout a large commercial building.
- Fault finding, repairs and remedial works across a multi-tenanted site.
- Participating in planned maintenance shutdowns and out-of-hours works when required.
- Working closely with the wider shift engineering team to maintain high service standards and site uptime.
