We are expanding our Manchester operation and are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Engineering, FM & Property division. This is an opportunity to build a specialist desk within one of the UK's busiest technical recruitment markets, working with established clients across Facilities Management, Building Services, Property, Maintenance Engineering and the Built Environment sectors. Whether you already recruit within FM, Engineering, Construction or Property or you're a proven recruiter looking to specialise in a high-demand market we want to hear from you.

You’ll be responsible for developing and managing your own client portfolio across the Engineering, FM and Property sectors, delivering permanent and/or contract recruitment solutions across the North West and wider UK market.

You will:

  • Develop new business opportunities and client relationships
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement
  • Source and engage high-quality technical candidates
  • Build and grow a specialist market vertical
  • Attend client meetings and networking events
  • Negotiate fees, salaries and terms of business
  • Deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates
