InVictus is currently looking for an Electrical Engineer to join a large FM provider on a contract covering sites in North London and Hertfordshire. A van and fuel card will be provided. My client, based in the facilities maintenance industry, is looking for a confident, outgoing engineer that can use his/her own initiative to produce results. The position is a fixed contract for 6 months before reviewing to go permanent.
Salary: The rate of pay for this position is £45,000 pro rata for the 6 month period.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm. There may also be opportunities to join the on-call rota with overtime opportunities available.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure the PPM's and reactive maintenance is completed
- Work on the electrical systems, lighting, emergency lighting, display lighting, sockets, switchboards, fuses, distribution, basic BMS and controls
- Ensuring all statutory requirements are maintained
- Assisting with general upkeep and fabric maintenance
