An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join a leading facilities management company, covering a portfolio of large commercial and industrial sites across the Manchester region. This role offers a great balance of site-based and mobile work, excellent overtime potential, and long-term progression within a globally recognised FM provider.

The Role:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across HVAC systems.
  • Working on AHUs, FCUs, chillers, VRV and VRF systems.
  • Fault finding, servicing and repair of commercial HVAC equipment.
  • Supporting general building services maintenance where required.
  • Travelling between multiple commercial sites across the region using a company vehicle.
  • Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards.

The Sites:

  • Large-scale commercial and industrial environments
  • Modern facilities including office spaces, canteens and operational areas
  • Mixture of static and mobile working across multiple buildings

Package:

  • £40,000 – £44,000 basic salary
  • Monday to Friday working pattern
  • Company vehicle and fuel card provided
  • Overtime opportunities
