We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a leading building services company working across a prestigious commercial site in the City of London. The Role: As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works across a commercial environment. You will work as part of a professional on-site engineering team, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely.
Key Duties:
- Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
- Fault finding and repairing plumbing systems and plant
- Working on hot & cold-water systems, pumps, pipework, and sanitary ware
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
- Supporting the wider engineering team when required
- Completing maintenance reports and job sheets accurately
Requirements:
- NVQ / City & Guilds in Plumbing or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience within commercial building maintenance
- Good knowledge of plumbing systems
