About the Role: We are currently seeking a talented Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a prestigious corporate office building in Green Park, London. This landlord-only site spans 7 floors and offers a professional, well-managed working environment. You will be the primary on-site engineer, supported by a Supervisor, giving you a high level of autonomy while still having guidance when needed. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who enjoys a varied role across both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
- Work across both electrical and mechanical building services
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems, pumps, and associated plant
- Support with cooling towers and water systems maintenance
- Carry out basic Legionella compliance tasks
