We are recruiting for a Day Shift Electrical Engineer to join the on-site team at a prestigious, multi-tenant Skyscraper in the city. This is a standout opportunity to work in a modern, well-maintained, and technically advanced building, offering excellent long-term career prospects. You will work 4 on 4 off days only and be paid £55,000.
The Role
Working a 4 on 4 off, days-only shift pattern (7am-7pm), you’ll be responsible for ensuring all critical building systems remain fully operational. You’ll carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, while also supporting minor project works across the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance
- Maintain systems including:
- Lighting & emergency lighting
- LV distribution
- Small power & control panels
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently
- Support minor installations and project work
- Log all work via the CAFM system
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety standards
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
