My client is a Technical M&E & FM company who are recruiting a Shift Leader to work at a commercial office build in Mitcham, managing critical building systems on behalf of a research company occupying the floors. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong, capable electrical engineer/lead ready to step into a professional and technical leadership role on a high-profile commercial site.

The Role

  • Act as the senior electrical engineer on shift, leading day-to-day technical operations
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across landlord building services
  • Take ownership of electrical systems, plant, and associated infrastructure
  • Supervise contractors and ensure all works are completed safely and compliantly
  • Respond to faults, incidents, and alarms within a critical environment
  • Maintain accurate records using site systems and permits to work

About You

  • Hold electrical qualifications (Level 3 Electrical Installation & 18th Edition)
