An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading facilities management company, working within a large commercial and industrial environment in Bolton. This is a site-based role working as part of a strong on-site engineering team, offering excellent training, overtime opportunities and long-term career progression.

The Role:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across electrical and building services systems.
  • Supporting maintenance across lighting, power and associated M&E plant.
  • Fault finding and diagnosing issues within a commercial environment.
  • Working closely with the wider engineering team to maintain site operations.
  • Supporting compliance tasks and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 7am–4pm or 8am–5pm
  • Every Wednesday: 5am–1:30pm due to scheduled compliance testing

The Site:

  • Large commercial/industrial building
  • Modern facilities including offices, canteen and operational areas
  • 3-person engineering team onsite

Package:

  • £38,000 – £40,000 basic salary
  • Overtime opportunities
