The Role
- Overseeing the day‑to‑day engineering operations across a prestigious commercial site, ensuring compliance, service delivery, and maintenance standards are consistently achieved.
- Managing planned and reactive maintenance activities.
- Supervising and supporting a team of engineers and subcontractors.
- Ensuring all statutory compliance and health & safety requirements are met.
- Overseeing electrical systems and associated building services plant.
- Managing permits, documentation, and compliance records.
- Acting as the main point of contact for site stakeholders.
- Supporting the development and performance of the engineering team.
Requirements
- Level 3 Electrical Qualification.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- 2391 Inspection & Testing.
- Previous experience within commercial building maintenance.
- Supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
