A leading facilities management provider is seeking a skilled Shift Technician to join its team at a critical data centre site in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-performance environment with clear routes for training and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain critical infrastructure systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC)
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
  • Monitor plant performance and respond to alarms/faults
  • Ensure compliance with site procedures and health & safety standards
  • Support continuous improvement and uptime reliability across the facility

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working on a critical site (e.g. data centre, hospital, banking environment)
  • Strong high voltage (HV) experience is essential
  • Valid HV authorisation/ticket is highly desirable
  • Relevant engineering qualifications (electrical or mechanical)
  • Ability to work shifts in a fast-paced, high-availability environment
