We are seeking an experienced Head of Projects to lead the delivery of engineering and hard services projects across a high-profile Bristol portfolio. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for managing a small team and overseeing key project delivery within a technical FM environment.
The Role
As Head of Projects, you will oversee the successful delivery of 2 key engineering projects, while directly managing a team of 35 Project Managers. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining high technical and compliance standards across all activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 35 Project Managers
- Oversee delivery of 2 flagship hard services / engineering projects
- Ensure full lifecycle project delivery from planning through to completion
- Maintain compliance with H&S and statutory regulations
- Act as the senior point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Drive commercial performance, cost control, and reporting
- Provide technical leadership across M&E / building services
