We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong mechanical and building services background to join a growing team delivering technically complex projects across commercial and corporate real estate environments. This role is ideal for a technically minded individual with hands-on MEP experience, capable of managing projects from initial design through to delivery and handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of mechanical and building services projects, ensuring quality, programme, and budget objectives are achieved.
  • Manage MEP packages across fit-out, refurbishment, plant replacement, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
  • Provide technical oversight on mechanical systems including HVAC, pipework, BMS, and associated building services infrastructure.
  • Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, engineers, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review technical designs, specifications, drawings, and contractor proposals.
  • Monitor project risks, health & safety, compliance, and commissioning activities.
  • Produce and manage detailed project programmes.
