Location: Liverpool
Hours: Monday Friday 8am 5pm
Benefits: Bundles of overtime + No call out
A fantastic opportunity for a Fabric engineer has become available to work for one of the UKs leading FM companies in a Commercial Environment. On offer is a salary of up to 35k with the opportunity to boost earnings with overtime.
Key Tasks:
Minor electrical work, general carpentry, door fixing, Painting, Floor tiling, Maintenance of the Building.
Experience with PPM's and minor reactive
Must have building services experience.
Must be Client facing.
Must have a good attitude to work.
Some supervising experience
