Due to sustained demand within their specialist roadside and automotive real estate team, they are now looking to add a Valuation Surveyor to the practice. This is a rare and urgent opening within a niche, high-value sector. The team advises major operators, investors, and occupiers across the UK's road network, including motorway services, drive-thru assets, roadside retail, and automotive property portfolios.
You will be based from either the Birmingham or Leeds office, operating with support from experienced Directors.
- Undertaking valuation work across roadside and automotive assets
- Supporting lease advisory and asset management work where required
While direct automotive experience is welcomed, it is not essential. The client is first and foremost seeking a technically confident surveyor with a solid valuation foundation.
- Newly Qualified (MRICS): Senior Surveyor: Experienced, autonomous, and able to lead instructions with minimal supervision.
- Estates or rural surveying
- Commercial valuation (retail, industrial, or mixed-use)
- MRICS qualified (essential) newly qualified or experienced
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required
