Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Out of hours schedule: 1 in 4 weeks Call Out + 1 in 4 weeks 6am start for generator testing

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our clients team, covering a commercial site in Richmond-Upon-Thames. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join an esteemed facilities company that values quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical & basic mechanical systems.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.
  • Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, UPS, AHU/FCUs, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc.
  • Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in a 1 in 4 call-out rota to provide emergency support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Apprenticeship/NVQ Level 3/Degree in Electrical Installation or Engineering plus 18th Edition.
  • Proven experience in a similar M&E maintenance role.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial building systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
