I'm recruiting for an experienced Technical Services Manager to take responsibility for engineering operations within a commercial property in Soho.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong manager who enjoys leading engineering teams, overseeing building systems and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all M&E maintenance and technical services across the building.
- Manage engineering teams, contractors and specialist service providers.
- Ensure statutory compliance, PPM and reactive maintenance are delivered effectively.
- Oversee critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
- Manage technical reporting, asset performance and maintenance budgets. xgikmsk
- Act as the main technical point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Ideal Background:
Strong electrical or mechanical engineering background
Experience managing technical services within commercial buildings
Excellent knowledge of M&E systems and statutory compliance
Proven engineering leadership and client management experience
