An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to join a leading facilities management company, working on a high-end corporate office building in the Green Park area. This is a site-based role, working within landlord areas of a modern multi-storey building, offering autonomy as the primary engineer on site, supported by a supervisor.

The Role:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
  • Maintaining building services systems including HVAC, pumps and associated plant.
  • Supporting water systems maintenance including basic Legionella compliance and cooling towers.
  • Fault finding and diagnosing issues across mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Managing subcontractors, including reviewing RAMS and issuing permits to work.
  • Completing administrative duties including reports, compliance paperwork and client communication.
  • Ensuring all works are carried out in line with health & safety and site procedures.

  • £45,000 basic salary
  • Monday to Friday working pattern (8am-5pm)

Requirements:

  • Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
  • Experience within building services or commercial maintenance environments.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps and general plant.
  • Experience dealing with subcontractors and site compliance processes.
  • Comfortable with admin tasks and client-facing responsibilities.
