An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to join a leading facilities management company, working on a high-end corporate office building in the Green Park area. This is a site-based role, working within landlord areas of a modern multi-storey building, offering autonomy as the primary engineer on site, supported by a supervisor.
The Role:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
- Maintaining building services systems including HVAC, pumps and associated plant.
- Supporting water systems maintenance including basic Legionella compliance and cooling towers.
- Fault finding and diagnosing issues across mechanical and electrical systems.
- Managing subcontractors, including reviewing RAMS and issuing permits to work.
- Completing administrative duties including reports, compliance paperwork and client communication.
- Ensuring all works are carried out in line with health & safety and site procedures.
Package:
- £45,000 basic salary
- Monday to Friday working pattern (8am-5pm)

Requirements:
- Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
- Experience within building services or commercial maintenance environments.

- Comfortable with admin tasks and client-facing responsibilities.
