Shift Engineer Our client is seeking a talented Electrical Shift Engineer to join their dynamic team.

If you thrive on challenges, possess a passion for cutting-edge technology, and excel at keeping operations running smoothly, then this opportunity is tailor-made for you You will be paid a salary of up to £53,000, client bonus and overtime available alongside working for a leading FM company in one of Londons most modern buildings.
Responsibilities: Working a continental shift pattern 7am-7pm day to day duties will include: Conduct planned and reactive maintenance on electrical building systems, ensuring seamless operations.
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults swiftly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
AHU and FCU maintenance .
Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast’s, Control panel, Power distribution) Fire Alarm Test’s Pumps: replacement of pump shaft seals (to fix leaks), replacement of small Pumps.
General plumbing maintenance: etc.
Pressurisation units: service and repair of closed system pressurisation units.
HVAC plant Air Conditioning
– Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Uphold stringent safety standards and compliance with regulations to create a secure work environment.
Collaborate closely with fellow maintenance professionals to achieve operational excellence and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong focus on electrical systems.
Possession of an electrical qualification such as City & Guilds, BTEC, HNC, BEng, or BSc (equivalent qualifications obtained outside of the UK should have a formal statement of compatibility issued).
Knowledge of relevant building systems including BMS, UPS, lighting, alarm systems, AHUs, FCUs, etc.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
