A leading facilities management and project delivery organisation is recruiting an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the safe, commercial, and successful delivery of complex projects across a diverse client portfolio. This is a senior role offering full end-to-end project ownership, P&L responsibility, and the opportunity to develop teams and grow a strong project pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget from inception to completion
- Full commercial control including estimating, subcontractor management, tenders, and cost management
- Identify and develop short and long-term project opportunities across client sites
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on feasibility, scope, and delivery solutions
- Manage CDM responsibilities, typically acting as Principal Contractor
- Ensure full compliance with H&S, QHSE, and project governance processes
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide monthly performance reporting
- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams while supporting recruitment
- Manage risk, cash flow, and payment schedules to protect project margins
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering projects within M&E, FM, construction, or critical environments
- Strong commercial awareness with P&L responsibility
- Experience managing teams and developing talent
- Track record in bids, tenders, and business development
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Qualifications (Desirable)
- Degree or equivalent in Project / Construction Management
- APM or PRINCE2
- SMSTS, NEBOSH, CSCS
- Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations
