This is a senior operational role suited to an engineering professional with a strong background in commercial building services, critical environments, and facilities management . Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day engineering operations across a prestigious Central London portfolio. Provide technical leadership across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, BMS, critical power, and associated building services. Manage and develop a team of engineers, supervisors, and technical specialists. Ensure planned, reactive, and statutory maintenance is delivered safely, efficiently, and within agreed SLAs. Take ownership of engineering performance, system reliability, resilience, and operational standards. Lead the management of critical engineering incidents, including escalation, recovery, and root-cause analysis. Manage specialist subcontractors and supply-chain partners, ensuring quality and contractual compliance. Work closely with senior client stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver a high-quality engineering service. Drive continuous improvement, energy efficiency, operational resilience, and engineering innovation. Monitor KPIs, compliance, maintenance performance, risks, and engineering trends, providing regular reports to senior management.
