About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a high-profile site within a large commercial building in Wandsworth. Working for a well-established Facilities Management company, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead a small team and play a key role in maintaining critical electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of 4 electrical engineers
- Oversee all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards
- Allocate workloads and monitor team performance
- Support with fault finding and complex electrical repairs
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
- Liaise with site management, clients, and subcontractors
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor role
- Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Previous experience leading or supervising a team
- Good understanding of health & safety compliance
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (preferred)
