About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join my clients team, covering a commercial site in Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a small yet dynamic team within a well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical, mechanical, and general building services.
- Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, AHU/FCUs, Motors, Pumps, water temperatures etc.
- Perform maintenance and tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.
- Supporting fabric and facility repairs to improve the appearance of the building.
- Monitor BMS.
- Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Level 3 in Electrical Installations City & Guilds / NVQ / EAL / Higher Education.
- Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
- Knowledge of commercial building systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
