We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join my clients team, covering a commercial site in Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a small yet dynamic team within a well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical, mechanical, and general building services.
  • Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, AHU/FCUs, Motors, Pumps, water temperatures etc.
  • Perform maintenance and tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.
  • Supporting fabric and facility repairs to improve the appearance of the building.

Qualifications:

  • Level 3 in Electrical Installations City & Guilds / NVQ / EAL / Higher Education.
  • Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
  • Knowledge of commercial building systems.
