About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Plumber to join our facilities management team, working on a single, well-maintained commercial site in Portsmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified plumber looking for a stable, site-based role with no travel between multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on all plumbing systems
- Respond promptly to reactive maintenance issues
- Diagnose and repair faults across water systems, drainage, and sanitary fittings
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Liaise with site management and other maintenance engineers
- Maintain accurate records of work completed
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)

- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations
- Ability to work independently on a static site
