An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM Engineering Maintenance provider, working on a prestigious large industrial facility in Southampton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer to join a long-term maintenance contract, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a complex, high-profile site.
The Role- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical building services and associated plant.
- Fault finding, diagnosing and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
- Completing routine maintenance tasks and ensuring equipment remains fully operational.
- Working closely with the wider engineering team to maintain high standards of service delivery.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures and statutory compliance.
- Must be electrically apprentice trained.
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds Electrical qualification (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations preferred.
- Experience within commercial, industrial or facilities maintenance environments.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- £42,000 Basic Salary
- Permanent, Full-Time Position
- Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
