Are you a Plumbing/Mechanical bias Facilities Technician looking for an exciting new challenge on nights only shift, for an esteemed award-winning facilities company? Join a proactive Facilities Management team, managing a large, busy building who need a focus on plumbing and heating services.
Youll be part of a large, highly skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining building maintenance systems and equipment across the entire site. Your duties will include:
- Performing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of Plumbing, Heating and Mechanical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the building and responding to emergencies for make safe or repair.
- Supporting colleagues once trained for general maintenance tasks including fabric repairs, statutory compliance and remedial works.
- Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues within a busy, time-sensitive environment.
- Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure all compliance and safety standards are met.
