The Role

We are currently looking for an experienced Mobile Fabric Engineer to cover sites across Bristol. This is a permanent role offering stability, variety, and a competitive salary. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of fabric maintenance tasks across multiple sites, ensuring buildings are kept to a high standard and all works are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • General building fabric maintenance
  • Plumbing repairs (minor works, leaks, fixtures) or Carpentry works (doors, locks, flooring, joinery)
  • Planned and reactive maintenance
  • Compliance with health & safety standards
  • Accurate job reporting and documentation

About You

  • Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or similar role
  • Trade background in either Plumbing or Carpentry (essential)
  • Comfortable working in a mobile role
  • Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and customer-facing ability
