The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Mobile Fabric Engineer to cover sites across Bristol. This is a permanent role offering stability, variety, and a competitive salary. You will be responsible for carrying out a range of fabric maintenance tasks across multiple sites, ensuring buildings are kept to a high standard and all works are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- General building fabric maintenance
- Plumbing repairs (minor works, leaks, fixtures) or Carpentry works (doors, locks, flooring, joinery)
- Planned and reactive maintenance
- Compliance with health & safety standards
- Accurate job reporting and documentation
About You
- Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or similar role
- Trade background in either Plumbing or Carpentry (essential)
- Comfortable working in a mobile role
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer-facing ability
