We are recruiting a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to work for a large, well-established Facilities Management company at a commercial building in Wandsworth. This is a Monday to Friday role, offering long-term stability, structured training, and genuine career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planned and reactive maintenance across a large commercial site
- Fault finding and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems
- Maintenance of HVAC, lighting, power, plumbing, and building fabric
- Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety standards
- Support site compliance and statutory requirements
- Work closely with the on-site team and external contractors
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial building maintenance
- Multiskilled background with either electrical or mechanical bias
- Relevant qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent preferred)
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
