Package: £38,000 salary + Vehicle + £5k of additional overtime

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am 5pm (+ 1 in 5 week call out)

Are you an experienced Plumbing Engineer looking for an exciting new challenge on a regional key account, for an esteemed award-winning facilities company? Join a proactive Facilities Management team, managing a portfolio of high profile clients who need a focus on plumbing and heating services.

Youll be part of a large, highly skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining building maintenance systems and equipment. Your duties will include:

  • Performing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of Plumbing, Heating and Mechanical systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the building and responding to emergencies for make safe or repair.
  • Supporting colleagues once trained for general maintenance tasks including statutory compliance and remedial works.
  • Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues within a busy, time-sensitive environment.
  • Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure all compliance and safety standards are met.

  • Level 2 minimum in Plumbing &/or Heating
