Your Role
- PPM & Reactive Care: Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive building services repairs suited to your trade bias.
- First-Line Response: Troubleshoot plant equipment faults and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Site Safety: Follow strict health and safety protocols to maintain high operational standards on a secure site.
- On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rota (noting that actual site call-outs are historically minimal).
What We Are Looking For
- Trade Qualification: City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in your respective field (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Air Conditioning, or Carpentry/Fabric).
- Maintenance Experience: A solid background in commercial building services or facilities maintenance.
- Environment Awareness: Experience working on critical sites (such as data centres, hospitals, or corporate hubs) is beneficial, but not essential.
- Team Player: A reliable individual who communicates well and enjoys working as part of an established team.
