Maintenance Assistant Our client is seeking a versatile and experienced professional to join their team in Abingdon. This is a varied role, offering the opportunity to work assisting different trades. Duties include; Basic Caretaker tasks Health & Safety onsite Escorting sub contractors Stock checks and ordering of materials If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy hands-on tasks in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Role Overview: Basic salary: £28,500 Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm 25 Shift Days AL + Bank Holidays 6%-8% Pension Scheme Private Medical & Life Cover Sick pay and employee rewards program Opportunities for training and career progression Roles & Responsibilities Perform general handyman duties, including minor repairs and carpentry tasks. Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality expectations. Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies. Escorting and supervising sub contractors onsite when required. Participate in additional tasks such as decorative work or other maintenance as needed.
