We are seeking an experienced Engineering Maintenance Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of a commercial property portfolio across Kent, covering Dartford, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Ashford, and Folkestone. This is a hands‑on management role, ideal for a proactive leader with strong technical knowledge and a passion for delivering high standards across multiple sites.

Location: Kent (covering Dartford, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Ashford & Folkestone)
Salary: £55,000£60,000 per year + Travel / Car Allowance

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the maintenance team across the commercial portfolio.
• Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.
• Ensure all sites operate safely and comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance and manage service providers effectively.
