We are currently seeking experienced Refrigeration Engineers to join a well-established Facilities Management business delivering maintenance services across a portfolio of commercial and retail sites. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for a stable role with a strong benefits package, regular working hours, and excellent overtime earning potential.

The Role

  • As a Refrigeration Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on a range of refrigeration equipment across multiple client sites.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planned and reactive maintenance of refrigeration systems
  • Fault finding, diagnosis, and repair of equipment
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with industry regulations and company standards
  • Completing service reports and maintenance documentation
  • Providing excellent customer service whilst on site
  • Participating in the on-call rota as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Refrigeration Engineer
  • Relevant refrigeration qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent)
  • F-Gas Certification
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience working within commercial or retail environments is desirable

Package

  • Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience and contracted hours)
  • Standby rota: 1 in 4, with additional
