Working Pattern: Hybrid potential for 1 day working from home

We are seeking an experienced and driven M&E Reactive Manager to lead the delivery of reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance services across London Underground assets. This is a senior operational leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong technical background in either Mechanical or Electrical engineering and proven experience managing reactive maintenance operations within critical or high-footfall environments.

You will be responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient reactive maintenance delivery while driving continuous improvement, operational performance, and asset reliability.

The Role

The M&E Reactive Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and continuously improving the delivery of all reactive M&E maintenance activities across the contract. You will oversee operational delivery, contractor and engineer performance, budget management, resource planning, and strategic initiatives aimed at reducing downtime and improving service levels.
