We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join my clients team on a days only shift pattern, covering a commercial site in Worcester Park. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer who has been longing for a professional and progressive team of engineers, supported by management who reward their staff with training, promotions and development in technical abilities where possible.

This company is a well-established business who are leaders in the European FM market, with endless career development.

  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on electrical three-phase systems, lighting and power distribution.
  • Perform tests on fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinklers and other compliance systems.
  • Carry out checks to building equipment and systems such as Generators, Splits, AHU/FCUs, Motors, Pumps, LTHWS etc.

Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Engineering.

Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.

Knowledge of commercial building systems.
