We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a diverse and growing portfolio of commercial assets across London (primarily high-spec offices, retail spaces, and mixed-use properties). It is a collaborative, dynamic role based in our vibrant, state-of-the-art London office. Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the day-to-day operational and strategic management of a designated commercial property portfolio.
- Tenant Relations: Act as the primary interface for tenants, building strong relationships, handling queries, and maintaining high retention rates.
- Lease Administration: Manage critical lease dates, rent reviews, renewals, and tenant fit-out applications in coordination with our legal and asset management teams.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare, monitor, and reconcile annual service charge budgets; manage rent collection, insurance recharges, and contractor invoice approvals.
- Facilities & Maintenance: Work closely with facilities teams and external contractors to ensure regular property inspections, preventative maintenance, and reactive repairs are completed swiftly and to a high standard.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all properties strictly adhere to current UK health and safety regulations, fire safety standards, and environmental legislation.
A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in managing commercial property portfolios (Offices/Retail/Industrial) within the UK market. Solid understanding of the Landlord and Tenant Act, commercial leases, and service charge management (RICS professional standards compliance is highly desirable). Tech Savvy: Familiarity with property management software.
