Key Responsibilities
- Manage all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.
- Respond promptly to building and equipment faults to minimise disruption.
- Ensure all engineering work is completed safely and in accordance with internal procedures.

- Provide day-to-day supervision of engineering staff.
- Allocate workloads and monitor performance.
