An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Shift Leader to join the engineering team at a flagship retail site in Central London. This role is based within a large, high-profile commercial environment, working as part of a well-established engineering team responsible for maintaining a complex and busy building.
The Role:
- Leading a shift team delivering maintenance across M&E systems.
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works.
- Supporting electrical and mechanical systems across the site.
- Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards.
- Working closely with the Shift Manager, engineers and wider site team.
- Assisting with day-to-day operations and technical support on shift.
The Team:
- Large on-site engineering team (up to 27 engineers).
- Shift team of 6 including Shift Manager, engineers and support staff.
Package:
- £55,000 basic salary
- 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (days and nights)
- 23 shift days annual leave
- Overtime available at x1.75
- 8% pension contribution

Requirements:
- Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
- Experience within building services or commercial maintenance environments.
