Mobile Fabric Technician / Maintenance Handy Person – London Salary: Up to £36,000 per annumLocation: London – MobileHours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm | 40 hoursVehicle: Company vehicle + fuel cardEmployment: PermanentWe are currently recruiting for a Mobile Fabric Technician / Maintenance Handy Person to join an established building services and maintenance company, covering a range of commercial and high-profile buildings across London .This is a varied mobile role suited to someone with a strong background in carpentry, painting, decorating or general fabric maintenance , who is comfortable working across multiple sites and dealing directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative and reactive fabric maintenanceCarpentry and general building maintenancePainting and decoratingMinor repairs and remedial worksCarry out general fabric and handyman duties as requiredIdentify and report potential building issuesLiaise with clients, colleagues and site teamsComplete relevant job sheets, reports and daily paperworkEnsure all works are completed to a high standardWork independently across multiple London sitesAbout You The ideal candidate will have:3+ years' experience in carpentry, painting or fabric maintenanceA good understanding of general building maintenanceExperience working across commercial buildings or multiple sitesAbility to undertake a range of minor building and fabric repairsGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionA professional and proactive approachCSCS Card desirable/requiredFull UK right to workPackage Up to £36,000 per annumCompany vehicle + fuel cardMonday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm40-hour working week25 days annual leave + bank holidaysLife AssurancePension schemeTools, uniform and PPE providedEnhanced overtime ratesDiscretionary bonusProfessional development opportunitiesEmployee Assistance ProgrammeOccupational Health SupportCycle to Work SchemeInterested?
